Estimated Delivery Times:
- US orders: 7-15 business days
- International orders: 10-25 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its progress.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Contact us before returning to get a return authorization
How to Start a Return:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship the item back (return shipping costs may apply)
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
